Esp. face to face I cannot say I treat men and women the exact same -- but I
try to treat people as they are as individuals. Same online, but gender plays
less of a role. I do not even know the gender, or how someone presents their
gender, in a text based forum. I tend to say he/him with old-school gender
neutral meaning, though will also use the newer usage they/them pronouns.
