The saltwater / battery situation aside, the bigger problem is putting the fire
out.
It's very difficult because it tends to reignite easily.

Rudy can't even put out the fire on top of his birthday cake. He has
zero knowledge of fires.

Yes, it can be more difficult to extinguish an EV car fire.

Here's why:

Battery Thermal Runaway: When an EV's battery pack is damaged, it can
trigger a process called thermal runaway. This causes the battery to
heat up rapidly, potentially leading to a fire that can be very
intense and difficult to control.

Long-Burning Fires: EV fires can burn for a significantly longer
period than traditional gasoline-powered car fires. This is because
the battery's energy can continue to fuel the fire even after the
initial ignition.

Water Ineffectiveness: Water may not be as effective in extinguishing
an EV fire as it is with a gasoline-powered vehicle. This is because
water can conduct electricity, posing a risk to firefighters and
potentially worsening the fire.
While EV fires are less common, it's important for firefighters to be
trained in specific techniques for handling these incidents.

This includes using specialized equipment and understanding the
unique characteristics of EV fires.

He needs 24 volt jumper cables clipped to each ear and a foot-bath
