So I am trying to learn scoring and have gotten lost in the documentation.
Question is how do I -9999 score a person posting with the following:
From: H <X@Y.com>
The H can be anything. John, sue, george etc but the <X@Y.com> is always the
same.
I have tried From: * <X@Y.com> with no luck.
Thank you for your time.

I think the following works for this...

[*]
Score: =-9999
Message-ID: <H@Y.com>

To filter out everyone at Y.com

[*]
Score: =-9999
Message-ID: <*@Y.com>

If this works, please let me know (I'm not absolutely sure that it does and
I would like to confirm it). Thanks.

I believe slrn uses regex, so you'd need to use .* instead.
I'm not sure if the rules are read top to bottom, though.

Thanks again!

I'm happy it worked. Thanks for letting me know. If you toggle to full
headers (just push "t" when you have a message open) you should be able to
filter on just about anything in that header.
