Genocidal attacks on poor women and children by more well-off and
remarkably well-armed people who have an interest in controlling the
territory occupied by the two peoples are not an acceptable nor valid
reaction/response to 10/7/23.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent. States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
