But these folks do all of their development on GNU/Linux and then
"port" the result to Microslop/Apphole:

Way to go! All software should be like this (and doubtless eventually
will).

To dissuade people from using that wretched junk Microslop/Apphole,
all programmers should focus primarily on GNU/Linux and give the
other OSs the inferior "hand me down" ports.

Do I use PixInsight?

I am a TRUE PROFESSIONAL image processor and I don't need no stinkin'
GUI crutch. GNU/Linux has superior image processing tools that are
mostly CLI. With these tools I can get better results.

But the hordes of ignorant dilettantes, a lot of whom make six-figure
salaries, require a LOT of help. Thus, we have PixInsight, Photoshop,
etc. To have such software be GNU/Linux first would persuade many of
these pseudo-professional dummies to switch to a Linux distro.

Make no mistake. GNU/Linux *is* superior, but dummies and retards can't
be convinced with rational technical argument. They need to follow the
example of their software overlords.

because you can't manage your terminal.

you to SHAME in 2 minutes.

They're done in no time, while you spend DAYS to accomplish half of what
they can with dedicated GUI software.

It's YOU that's irrational. Any IDIOT that spends as much time as you
installing and tweaking one OS on one computer is a luser. You can only
