The 'Moral Licenses' for his small Lisp program cost $1299, $2850 and $6495.

I'll write my own Python and stay immoral and fed.

It's hard to imagine who the target audience is. I hope he has a day job.

You did not mention that the $6495 "Moral" license is MONTHLY. Sorry, that is
IMMORAL.

$7000 monthly for a utility to load csv files into a DB? Yeah man, where do I
sign up?

Ho Lee Fuk!

I didn't see that. It's almost $78,000 per year.

I just blasted him in an email. I wonder if he'll try to justify it.

He's a Postgres DBA.

He used to hang around comp.databases.postgresql and promote that
program (pgloader) incessantly, plus help out.

Ah, the life of DFS. William Burroughs wrote about control addicts.
These days he might write about troll addicts.

How is it immoral, when everyone is completely free to decline the

Ain't it just hilarious how the Democrats are using coordinated Soviet style
show trials to try to save the Zombie and Chief's perverted hide? Yeah,
that's real "democracy" in action. Be proud of your slimy party. Be very
proud. Oh, and Biden is too senile to be tried for hoarding classified
documents, don't you know. His son is paragon of virtue, there was no
illegal shenanigans in Ukraine or China, just a lot of money for the "big
guy" somehow, somewhere. (No mystery there, Biden has somehow become rich a
lifetime leach... err "public servant." The court thing is not working,
they've made Trump into a martyr. Democrat stupidity backfiring on them. I
sincerely doubt that the senile Pervert and Chief will actually run in the
general election. He's too much of a liability.

But that leaves us with Trump, so what do we really gain?

By the way, does anyone have any clue, any clue at all, what law Trump
supposedly broke in the hush trial? Have the Democrats even figured out what
they're charging him with? — or do they even have to bother seeing as this
is a Soviet-style show trial?

You could, you know, read the indictments.

In any case, I consider this all to be Karma For Lawsuit Larry and his
lifetime of malfeasance.

Someone wrote a book about John F. Kennedy called "A Thousand Days".

When someone writes one about Trump, they should call is "Four Thousand
Lawsuits". :-D

No I wouldn't. Perhaps you can enlighten me. No one seems to know what the
crime is supposed to be.

Four thousand Soviet-style show trials is what you're trying to say. So far
they haven't exactly been going that well for the slimeballs liars in the
Democrat Gestapo, have they? Even CNN is starting admit that it's helping
Trump rather than harming him in the polls.

Classified document case. Apparent evidence tampering. Currently on hold.

Election "interference" case. Fani Willis slimeball corruption explosion.
Currently on hold.

Hush money trial. No one knows what the charge is. Star witness, a convicted
perjurer and admitted serial liar, caught in yet another major lie.

Non-crime, "criminal" bank civil trial (no victims) currently under appeal.

Stalin wouldn't be happy with the ineptness of his spiritual "children."

Even stranger... The Postgres license is another one of those 'don't call
UC is you have problems' licenses.

If you have a lot of data and no clue what you're doing the $1000 is
reasonable. We've done data conversion for clients moving to a new vendor
and it doesn't come cheap. The monthly program sounds more like wishful
thinking.

The "crime" alleges "election interference", right? Such bullshit.

The Demons have ushered-in a new era in American politics. go after
adversaries with every trumped-up (no pun intended) charge they can
think of.

That's the Georgia indictment. The current dog and pony show involving a
whore and a convicted serial perjurer and self-admitted thief is 34 counts
of falsifying business records in the first degree:

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-indictment-34-felony-counts-charges-
new-york-read/

It hinges on 'with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime
and aid and conceal the commission thereof,' with the 'other crime' being
unspecified but supposedly an attempt to interfere in the 2016 election.

The 34 counts are cut/paste/edit check number. I'm no lawyer but at the
time there were questions of whether Bragg was overreaching and didn't
have the standing to prosecute an alleged federal crime. But, as they say,
the grand jury indicted a ham sandwich. Correction -- being NYC it would
be a pastrami sandwich.

And why the fuck is politics being brought into every goddamn newsgroup these
days? Could there be a more boring topic?

To be fair, you NEED a high tolerance for complete bullshit to even be here at
all.

Not only did Cohen commit the crime of falsifying the invoice that they're
trying to peg on Trump, he committed grand larceny while doing so. If Trump
actually knew that he was being ripped off, do you think he would signed off
on it? Why does it turn out that those who they attempt to use to attack
Trump, turn out to be slimier than Trump. Are there ANY non-sleazeballs in
the Democrat party world?

(And, yes, I know you can say the same for the Republic party world as
well.)

The problem with reading the indictments is that they don't make sense. A
misdemeanor somehow being elevated to a felony in a way that's never been
done before. In other words sleazeball Democrats being extremely "creative"
(i.e. dishonest) in mishandling the law. Or, as I mentioned before, a Soviet
style show trial.

And now Trump can't even bring in an expert witness who specializes in the
kind of crimes they're supposedly charging Trump with. And the judge's
daughter is big fundraiser in the Democrat party? (Gee, no conflict of
interest here.)

No chance that, if this jury convicts, that this will stand up to an appeal.
Biden and company proving once again that they're even sleazier than the
average politician.

And they're stupid enough to think that, now that they've done this, it
won't happen to them when the roles are reversed. Shortsighted stupidity.

No, silly. I'm talking about all the lawsuits, some brought by Trump himself,
that he's been involved with during his miserable life.

What a drama queen! Stalin caused, directly or indirectly, millions
to die.

Despite the fact that they thought it wouldn't negatively impact Biden
in the slightest, any American with an IQ higher than 80 knows that
going after Trump is orchestrated by Biden and his administration.
That's part of why Biden's support is dwindling.

Well, yeah. Since there's no crime in paying the bitch off to stay
silent, they have to twist that into something else, i.e. "election
interference". Fscking nonsense anyway.

That and the fact he's a corrupt and inept senile pervert.
