She did punt the first question.

She dodged inflation. Telling the truth about it is complex and might sound
like passing the buck unless carefully done. That said, I do believe she should
make a point of educating the public WHY the inflation occurred. Realistically,
it was the price we paid to not have a recession after the pandemic.

On Israel/Hamas she gave her policy positions and thought processes but it isn't
always workable to ask how to get something done, especially in international
relations. You don't want to tip your hand plus what you do depends on other
parties' decisions.

One problem with the debate was that people still do not know what Kamala's policies are and why
she flipped on so many of them in recent weeks. The "I haven't changed my values" excuse isn't
working.
They also do not know why in ~4 years she did nothing to mitigate these major issues like the
border or crime or the economy but claims these are day one objectives for her.
