If we were all armed including children, we could get in shootouts with
the bad guys and gun makers would sell more guns!

If you don't understand the point, of the 2020 riots, you are
incidentally racist. It's a failure to listen, to hear what the
protesters/rioters were saying, that we've had it up to here with
violence from law enforcement. We need rational behavior, from
police, I'm not expecting them to be perfect as such, but they do a
serious job and serious people should be the ones doing it.

Ben Crump is a qualified attorney, not a fucking "race baiter", Al
Sharpton isn't such either, really, but sure we could talk about the
threat to police on the streets, I don't deny it's there, with all the
guns and whatnot we have in this country, but there are situations
where police fail to perform their duty in a reasoned manner, it's a
tough job to be sure, not something every person can do, but if we
don't require competence, we have a problem because people are going
to get shot unexpectedly, or held down like George Floyd to where they
can't breathe. We need to have reasonable standards that avoid these
disasters.
