I was running my script incorrectly.

I was using:

newstally.sh 26 Aug 2024

...when I should have been running:

newstally.sh "26 Aug 2024"

The previous invocation was selecting for the 26th
day of every month in the database. The new invocation
constrains the results to 26 Aug, and yields the following
top 20 posters:
