I stopped when he put nice and chroot commands in the top of the
tierlist. Nice doesn't work anymore with new Linux versions out of the
box. I'm not sure if it's only on systemd distros. Well it still works
but as it only manages the priority inside the cgroup, and not inside
the all system, it's kind of useless. There are other ways to manage the
priorities, but nice isn't one of them anymore.

For chroot, except for some exceptional cases like installing a new
Linux still using the actual one, it's outdated. The containers, like
docker or podman, give a better way to accomplish the same thing. The
exceptional cases where chroot is real good are not enough to put it in
the best of the coreutil.

So, I believe he put cat in the top of the tierlist because it was very
useful a long time ago. But by bow, bat is really better and I didn't
used cat for a long time. And maybe there are other outdated advices and
I don't need to be stuc in the past. There are good old coreutil tools,
but some have been replaced by more handy ones. The system should rely
on the coreutil tools, but the user don't need to fill constrained by
them.
