disinformation to flood the platform. Now, Musk is using his vast

into federal law that all political parties (as well as unafilliated
politicians) have equal rights in that area. Furthermore, either
party may bitch about how the media favors the other party. Get over

Sorry, no. It wasn't like that before Reagan. Shortly after television, and remembering
how newspaper bias had done things like start wars, the FCC adopted the Fairness Doctrine
that required equal time for both parties in any broadcast media. As a result, while you
got different pov, the facts used were the same by both parties.

Reagan dumped the fairness doctrine. Now, media outlets have no automatic internal fact
check to keep them fair.

While you might get occasional complaints about media bias, it was more critique than
complaint.
