Some Apple Intelligence Features Likely to Require Paid Subscription
https://www.macrumors.com/2024/07/01/apple-intelligence-features-likely-paid-sub/

Not only is the highly (rather brilliantly) advertised Apple AI only
available in iOS 18 and even then, only on the most expensive iPhone ever
sold, but Apple AI won't even work in the real world (surprise!).

As with almost everything Apple, nothing actually works in the real world
when you look deeper than just Apple's (brilliant) superficial advertising.

Gurman said that while Apple Intelligence will be free to start, Apple's
long-term plan is to launch something like "Apple Intelligence+," with
extra features that users pay monthly fees to access.

Making its own AI features another services revenue stream should allow
Apple to compensate for the slowing pace of hardware upgrades and make the
company less reliant on hardware tweaks to drive its business, argues
Gurman.

Apple is also expected to receive a cut of revenue whenever a user signs up
to features offered by its AI partners, such as ChatGPT provided by OpenAI.

Gurman says he expects Apple to agree a deal with Google and Anthropic to
offer their AI services through its devices, with the former expected to be
announced when Apple Intelligence launches in the fall as part of iOS 18,
iPadOS 18, and macOS Sequoia.

Meanwhile, Apple is said to be seeking partnerships for the Chinese market,
where ChatGPT and other similar AI services are not available.

Wow. Such a simple job and you can't do it.

1. "is". Apple Intelligence ISn't currently available. So you verb in
that sentence should have been "will" and "be". As in:

"Not only WILL the highly (rather brilliantly) advertised Apple AI only
BE available"

2. It won't "only" be availabel in iOS 18, as macOS Sequoia will also
support it.

So your final clause can be ignored.

What part of of "rumor" in "macrumors.com" do you not understand?

Even the rumour talks about additional features, so you concede there
are features that will be free.

You're really...

....not bright.
