You don't even like Winblows, though, you hack it to pieces to make it
conform to your standards. You haven't gotten 11, yet. You block
updates, you turn it into a faux Linux machine in a sense, a sleeker
NT setup than is installed by default. Nothing particularly wrong
with it, I guess (kind of like Russell's Gentoo setup, weird but
functional), but I'm not a punk for using Mint, it's a kick-ass system
for a computer like I have, and how I use it.

I haven't assembled a Linux box in years. My last half-dozen or so computers
have been laptops, and it's pretty easy to slick Windows and install
Linux.

True. But I like a full desktop. I looked, at dell.com and other
sites. Didn't find a God damn thing worth buying. I went to Newegg,
thus.
