I have had Google wallet on my phone, and it works (fairly) well.
I have added another Gmail account to my phone, and it has triggered
Google Wallet to ask me for account details.
I am happy the way things are, so can I stop the new account triggering
the wallet, or can I just add the same bank details as I originally did?

I can speculate that the second wallet wants authorization via the
second gmail account. If it nags you about empty contents, perhaps you
could put there any fake or trivial secret.
