There is no such feature to sort entries or headers in Android settings.

Maybe some manufacturers implemented their own version of the settings
app which provides this, but the original version of Android as used on
Google Pixel devices does not have that.

Some phones have search in settings which I find great. I can even get
to app settings via that. If yours doesn't then maybe that's something
to look for in a replacement.

Id does have search but that's quite a few interventions, not to mention
the tiny keyboard. What I cannot figure out is why the entries are
scrambled, did some dev sort in another language and then just let it go
at that? It's a PITA!
