Phone battery down to 0%.

How bad is that, and are there apps you recommend that will measure my
battery health? I have Accubattery

It used to last all day even when used heavily. is that a thing of the
past now?

Last night I was charging my phone from the usb port in the computer.

Power outages are rare here and it never costs me any data when they
occur so I've not reconnected my UPS, and last night there must have
been a short power outage (since the clock radios still have the right
time) and it's not set to restart, and this morning it said my battery
was at 0%.

How can that happen. It was about 83% last night. It would never go
down that much in only 10 hours. What do you think happened.

Accubattery says even at 16% (where I am now) the battery would last
10.6 hours when the phone is sleeping, which I think it was. And that's
from 16%, not 82%.

(Should I set the PC to restart automattically?)
