And how did we go from the general cases above to this SPECIFIC case? Oh,
that's right.. you had to attempt to find the rare, if it is, case against
the general condition under discussion.

No, it's not.

Well, has he committed another violent crime since he's been in jail?

If he hasn't then it looks like we are safer.

Sure, it might suck to be the violent criminal who help up a business at gun
point and reportedly fired at a police officer, but that's his problem.
After all he turned down the plea deal and decided to roll the dice.

You have proof of that? Somehow I doubt it.

Because just because you missed doesn't mean it wasn't a crime.

Prove it. Somehow, I don't think you can.

Then prove your claim that it was *solely* for the robbery. Because in my
experience, they throw on any charge they can.

Somehow I don't see your suggestion that we ignore the law will make us
safer.

I don't see it. You say he was duly and justly convicted.. so how can the
sentence suddenly become unjust?

Can you show that it is in excess of what the law allows? If you could I bet
his lawyers would love to hear from you because that would be a basis to
have his sentence revoked or reduced depending on how much time he should
have served under the law.

Rudy.. when will you learn not to make such stupid claims because you know I
will prove you wrong.
