One the population has grown and while we are above where we were pre-Covid
for jobs. we are well below where the job creation would have put us.
Second, some form of employment, is a rather dubious statement. If someone
went from $100,000 salaried position to a minimum wage job parking cars, can
we really say the job market improved for them.. even though they have a
job?

Further I might point out that unemployment only counts those actively
looking for work.. it does NOT count those that have given up on finding
work.
So while unemployment might be down, the percentage of people employed is
down, as are the quality of the jobs that exist.

Finally, are that many people actually employed or do we simply have 161
Million jobs, with a lot of people now having to hold down 2, 3 or even 4
jobs just to make ends meet?

The MOST you can say is that we are back to pre-covid levels.. which means
existing jobs were filled. Zero creation of additional new jobs despite 4
years of growth in the number of adults.

IOW, you need to look at the WHOLE picture. not just the little sneak peaks
that give a misleading and frankly biased view of what is really going on.

Bottom line.. we are still down overall from from Trump's employment high.
