Rob, that is the way I understood it. I left a test message and Wilfred
treated it like a FidoNET test message. My response to Wilfred, the one you're
responding to was me being sarcastic.

I have setup a direct link with my BBS and the UseNET people... and I had a
dozens and dozens of responses.
