Isa 45:7  I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and

Do you mean that as long as the bible's words have
wrought good things, its authorship is irrelevant?

There are a few gems among the thousands of words... "Do
unto others..." and the repeal of "an eye for an eye".
The rest of the bible is filled with false history,
dubious doctrines, imaginary gods, and untold deception.

IMHO, Judaism was a step up from animism, and Jesus was
ahead of his time. But humanity would be farther ahead
if the bible and xtianity had never existed. YMMV.

I'd certainly never purposely place myself in front of either for no reason,
but I have faced a pistol pointed at me when I was in Jr. High, by another
kid, and faced the very real possibility of death at other times in my life.
Never once was I fearful. Even at the time in my life when I was not living
the way I ought to have. God will never leave you nor forsake you, and he
certainly hasn’t be or I’d have been done and gone a very long time ago.
I give Him thanksgiving and praise for being my Savior, as I never deserved
him.
