We might translate it as "go and sin no more" and "sin no more" but it
does not mean what we mean it to say in today's vernacular.

The Lord is saying, "Go and follow after what is right (Him, the One
that healeth thee)." You can see that in those verses; non-condemnation
and healing.

To go to any person in today's framework and say literally, "Go and sin
no more," is like saying to them, "Go and fix yourself (impossible)."
