There are many pressures on the president. I would think it obvious that
neither Biden nor Trump runs america.

sweden, a letter was leaked from the ministry of foreign affairs where
civil servants commited to a pact not to carry out the policy of the
swedish nationalist party in case they would be allowed to sit in the
government after the election.

Needless to say, many of those people were moved to different positions or
terminated.

I think this is not unique to sweden, but happens in every country. I also
think that a majority of people who are civil servants are drawn to the
political left who generally is in favour of higher taxes and a bigger
state, which civil servants gain by having.

I'll take any bet that Trump will not debate Biden. Trump and FOX and
all the rest have set the bar so low, that when Biden walks on stage,
says 'hello, I'm glad to be here, to be given the opportunity to tell
the American people what we have been doing and what we will do over
the next four years', he has already surpassed the expectations. Trump
will find a way to get out of it, some lame excuse, and people like
