God is God in all His Being.

Jesus is the everlasting Father, Jesus is God, Jesus is the Lord. John
10:30  I and Father are one. If you can't see that the Lord Jesus is the
everlasting Father you are not born again and can't see the Kingdom of God.

I now this is correct. Not only is it his first new commandment but it also
gives the reason for the commandment. It IS obvious that in this NG, most
everyone not only do not believe and adhere to it out of love for the Lord,
but they outright dismiss it, justifying their ignorance for a variety of
reason, some of which you mentioned here, and others because they know that
they are a sinner and so they are not obligated in the least to follow the
Lord as HE desires them too.

Historically the Roman Government sent out people to spy on the Believers to
see what made them tick, and they mentioned that it was their Love for one
another. That was evidence to many of the Love of God.

When a person considers themselves to be the true witness and everyone else
does not even come closeto stacking up next to them they are a most lonely
person, such is the cost of their self deceit. And I am not speaking of only

railed against those that mocked his word, the self-righteous pharisee.

While Jesus may not come for a few years, death can occur at any time.
