Does anyone else observe primary negative charisma
modulation of Vladimir Putin? It manifests for me as a
feeling of disgust when I look at his picture. However it
has worked similarly in past attempts but then has
never lasted and has never been confirmed by
anyone else.

If it is working it should apply to medium to extreme
criminal, with the degree of disgust proportional
to the degree of criminality.

But hopefully Putin will be happy with being newly
optimally sexually compatible with his ex-gymnast partner,
and will end the war with Ukraine within six days,
which will save his life.

It has not lasted for me, and I received no confirmation
from anyone else.

There has been a FULL RESET of my mystic workings.

I am making yet another Sisyphean attempt tonight
as I mention on the thread “leading up to D-moon, again”
on alt.religion.druid .

However the negative charisma modulation, which is
unique to me, probably won’t be on for a couple of
days.

But sooner there may be a guilty conscience and
warning signs for criminals, and in-person positive
charisma modulation for medium to extreme good,
which I liken to the transfiguration of Jesus or the
radiant brow of Taliesin. The in-person may be
extended to audio and video with audio for a few,
I think including New York media, soon.

And the rendering of most couples, including straight-type-2-M
Putin and his lesbian ex-gymnast partner (who will become bif,
and his old lock will be rendered incomplete), optimally sexually
compatible, should take place within the next few hours. That
should make Putin happy and more likely to retire on his yacht.

I was fooled early on by him. I do wonder however, when Dubya looked into
Putin's soul if it freaked out his military whose heaviest income came from

others. The Praetorian guard lives high off the hog only if RUssia is at war.

Since Bikelas (1890) showed Byzantium was the most democratic state of its
day, I think the entire Russian notion of autocracy came from (German)
Catherine's correspondence from Diderot. Russia was much more democratic
under Novgorod and the Romanov's were chosen by an Assembly of the Land. The
Byzantine senate could impeach emperors and veto decrees. And Byzantine
emperors answered to "town halls" at the Hippodrome. Modern RUssia made
several attempts at democracy, with Galistin's Magana Carta rejected by Anna
of COurland, Stolypin's post serfdom reforms, and Yeltsin. The Hofstadter
Mowry theory sayd American Progressives were slave owners (and in NEw York
State, feudal Patroons) who wanted to find clean-hands occupations in the
government for their progeny. YOu can make the similar argument that Russian
nobles wanted to regain control of their serfs through communism.

Well, since he has had an old lock, he has had some characteristics
typical of incels, but that may end now that he is optimally
sexually compatible with his partner.

Putin is an assisted shaktipat recipient, so he can now
use his special abilities, including far-hearing (which he
had before), only for positive purposes (as defined by
Goddess) and he has improved creativity for positive
purposes (and can only use even the basic creativity
he had before for positive purposes).

(I define Goddess as the ruler of region all/everything,
who many call God.)
