One could argue that Trump wasn't lying when he said he didn't
implement a sales tax. He genuinely believes that China pays the
tariffs. It makes him an ignorant imbecile instead of a liar, but
either is fine with me.

I've been saying it for years and it looks like the MSM folks finally
are picking up on it as well.
