Almost non-existent standards. Hartung is not a normally ordained Lutheran
pastor. He never completed — more likely never even started — Lutheran seminary
or a normal divinity school. Hartung was admitted as a Missouri Synod Lutheran
"pastor" by a process called "pastoral colloquy." You can read about it here:

It's a process by which men (only men) can become Lutheran "pastors" without
having completed LCMS seminary or obtained a divinity degree. There's something
called the "Colloquy Committee for the Pastoral Ministry," and in "discussion"

minister. It's a completely unethical joke.

This is how Hartung and people like him make up for their lack of drive and lack
of ability to undertake and *complete* difficult tasks. They find dodges. Look
at Hartung's track record of no-achievement:

   * went into the air force but couldn't finish it — was booted out
   * got married but couldn't stay the course — got a no-fault divorce (probably
     at ex-wife's instigation, and who could blame her)
   * has fiddle-fucked around with college level courses for most of his adult
     life, and *still* has no degree at age 66, and is unlikely ever to graduate
     [now age 69, and *still* no degree]
   * became a "pastor" through a backdoor mechanism

Hartung is a life-long underachiever. He has really lived a pointless, worthless
existence.

A while back (June of 2020 — not as far back as I had thought) I posted the
proof that Hartung really is a Lutheran "pastor," albeit a second-class one
through colloquy. It really enraged Alan Bond <bondrock@ifx.net>, which was
great in and of itself. I'll go find all of my posts in that exchange and repost
them, to piss off Alan Bond <bondrock@ifx.net> and Hartung again (because they
deserve it). It was in a thread entitled "Well, whaddya know..." Look for it!
