Losing an eye is not fatal. These paintballs are non-lethal and those
were protestors, some of them with cellphone cameras. We had a guy here
fatally shoot a 9/11 caller because she disobeyed. They're getting a
new sheriff in Springfield.

I think Walz' only crime was not calling ahead to warn the victims to
put on protective eyewear. No one is perfect except for God.

I think that's what it is. It's really difficult to tell a paintball
gun from a real weapon at a distance. Those people must have been
scared shitless that they were getting hit with assault weapons etc.
And it _is_ a crime to scare people shitless. I know. I was charged
with it. I got NG though mainly because the person was unharmed, but I
had to do a whole bunch of Community Service. That's what I call it,
Community Service. 5 years worth. Walz got NG because he's a powerful
guy and had little oversight. Everybody knew those riots were going to
be a doozy and he probably had word from his superiors to be creative in
putting them down.
