It is bullshit. The translated "affidavit" is fraudulent.

==============================================================================================

Two days before, Meadows had also sent Rosen a translated letter purportedly
from an aerospace executive named Carlo Goria which also detailed — in Italian
and then translated into English — a plot to rig the election involving Italy.

In other words, there’s plenty of evidence this wasn’t just some random YouTube
video the White House forwarded to the acting attorney general; there was a push
behind it by the Trump team, and the White House itself became involved. Rosen
doesn’t say who requested that he talk to Johnson, but the request apparently
came in the short period of time between him forwarding the email to Donoghue at
3:22 p.m. and him responding to Donoghue at 7:13 p.m. Again, that points to a
concerted effort.

The Jan. 1 emails were also among a series from Meadows that afternoon asking
the Justice Department to look into specific matters, including claims by the
New Mexico Republican Party chairman and other theories that had been debunked
and rejected in court.

The Italygate idea is certainly the most obscure among the theories, though.
Essentially, it holds that people connected to the Italian defense firm Leonardo
used satellites to change the votes cast in the 2020 election from Trump to
Biden. This is used to explain the large gains Biden reaped from late-night vote
tabulations in urban centers in key states — a claim for which there is really
no actual suspicion because it is easily explained by the voting methods used
(mail ballots, used significantly more by Democrats) and where the votes came
from (urban centers, which are overwhelmingly Democratic).

Both Reuters and USA Today fact-checked the conspiracy theory around the time of
Meadows’s email, based upon social media postings and other far-flung claims
(before we had any idea how it had penetrated 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue). It
found both that they were baseless and that many claims involved didn’t hold up
at all.

First, hand recounts of the ballot have validated the results. Second, the
theory cites employees of Leonardo who were arrested in December as potentially
being related, but they were arrested for alleged offenses between 2015 and
2017. Third, the theory cites an Italian general who supposedly serves on the
board of Leonardo, but that appears to be false. And fourth, a news release
promoting the theory about one of those employees testifying to the conspiracy
has been refuted by the man’s lawyer:

The news release, which claims to have come from Rome on Jan. 5, alleges
that an employee of the Italian defense, security and aerospace company
Leonardo SpA “provided a shocking deposition detailing his role in the most
elaborate criminal act affecting a US election.” It names Arturo D’Elia as
the employee and states that he “outlined the scheme that proved successful
in using Leonardo computer systems and military satellites located in
Pescara, Italy” to interfere in the U.S. election in favor of Joe Biden.
...
Reuters spoke via phone with D’Elia’s lawyer Nicola Naponiello, who
previously provided Reuters with comment for the Dec. 22 report on the
Leonardo investigation. Naponiello said that when his client was questioned
by Naples prosecutors on Jan. 12, he denied any involvement in an alleged
plan to change the outcome of U.S elections. According to Naponiello, who was
assisting his client during the questioning, D’Elia called any allegations of
his involvement in a plan against Trump “pure fantasy.”

The theory was relatively well-trafficked in certain corners of social media in
December and January, but has since died down for perhaps obvious reasons. That
it rose to the level of the White House chief of staff promoting it to the top
law enforcement official in the country is certainly a commentary on the soil
the Trump team was tilling for anything to latch on to. This was after all a
theory that Trump, whose appetite for self-serving and dubious theories knew few
bounds, didn’t even promote publicly.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2021/06/15/pure-insanity-heres-perhaps-craziest-election-fraud-conspiracy-trump-team-pushed/

The "affidavit" that spammy (feckless cunt) keeps pushing is fraudulent. The man
quoted second-hand in it never gave any deposition.

It is debunked. This is settled.

FREEHOLD – A youth soccer coach has been charged with distributing sexually
explicit images to and engaging in sexually explicit conversations with
eight of the student-athletes under his supervision, two of whom he also
touched inappropriately, Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor Christopher J.
Decker announced Tuesday.

Ryan Gunsauls, 32, of Union Beach is charged with eight counts of second-
degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, eight counts of third-degree
Distributing Obscene Materials to a Minor, two counts of second-degree
Attempted Endangering, two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact,
and single counts of second-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child via
Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM) and third-degree
Possession of CSAM.

An investigation involving members of the MCPO Special Victims Bureau and
the Union Beach Police Department began last week, when a juvenile disclosed
that Gunsauls had been soliciting and distributing sexually explicit
materials with him via a social media app. As the investigation continued,
the additional victims, ranging in age from 11 to 17, were identified and
contacted for interviews.

Gunsauls was arrested without incident in Hazlet on Friday, May 11 and
transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) pending a
detention hearing tentatively scheduled for Monday, May 20 in Monmouth
County Superior Court.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant Prosecutor Keri-Leigh Schaefer of
the MCPO Special Victims Bureau. Anyone with more information about
Gunsauls’s activities is being urged to contact MCPO Detective Joseph Mason
at 800-533-7443.

Despite these charges, every defendant is presumed innocent, unless and
until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the
defendant has all of the trial rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution
and State law.

That constitutes a DEATH THREAT against a former President, Rudey:

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/871
18 U.S. Code § 871 - Threats against President and successors to the
Presidency
U.S. Code
Notes
prev | next
(a)Whoever knowingly and willfully deposits for conveyance in the mail
or for a delivery from any post office or by any letter carrier any
letter, paper, writing, print, missive, or document containing any
threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon
the President of the United States, the President-elect, the Vice
President or other officer next in the order of succession to the office
of President of the United States, or the Vice President-elect, or
knowingly and willfully otherwise makes any such threat against the
President, President-elect, Vice President or other officer next in the
order of succession to the office of President, or Vice President-elect,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years,
or both.
(b)The terms “President-elect” and “Vice President-elect” as used in
this section shall mean such persons as are the apparent successful
candidates for the offices of President and Vice President,
respectively, as ascertained from the results of the general elections
held to determine the electors of President and Vice President in
accordance with title 3, United States Code, sections 1 and 2. The
phrase “other officer next in the order of succession to the office of
President” as used in this section shall mean the person next in the
order of succession to act as President in accordance with title 3,
United States Code, sections 19 and 20.

9-65.200 - Threats Against the President and Successors to the
Presidency; Threats Against Former Presidents; and Certain Other Secret
Service Protectees
The Counterterrorism Section of the National Security Division has
supervisory authority over 18 U.S.C. §§ 871 and 879 cases. As great
caution must be taken in matters relating to the security of the persons
protected by 18 U.S.C. § 871, United States Attorneys are encouraged to
consult with the Counterterrorism Section (CTS) of the National Security
Division when they have doubts on the prosecutive merit of a case. For
the same reason, dismissal of complaints under 18 U.S.C. § 871, when the
defendant is in custody under the Mental Incompetency Statutes (18
U.S.C. §§ 4244, 4246), requires approval from CTS. In other cases,
United States Attorneys must consult prior to dismissing a count
involving, or entering into any sentence commitment or other case
settlement involving a § 871 charge.

https://www.secretservice.gov/newsroom/releases/2024/01/phoenix-man-arrested-making-online-death-threats-against-president-and

PHOENIX –David Michael Hanson, 41, of Phoenix, was arrested on Wednesday
for making online threats against the President and Vice-President.
Hanson was charged by Federal criminal complaint on Tuesday with five
counts of Threats Against the President and Successors to the Presidency
and five counts of Interstate Communication of Threats.

The complaint alleges that in November and December of 2023, while
living in Arizona, Hanson used a social media platform to post threats
to murder the President and Vice President of the United States. On
November 19, 2023, Hanson posted online a series of threatening
statements including one that stated, “#joeAndKamala I’m asking you to
resign on Monday your alternative is death brutally murdered.” After the
U.S. Secret Service spoke to Hanson and warned him that it was a Federal
crime to post such threats, on December 23, 2023, Hanson posted another
series of similar threats aimed at the President and Vice-President.

Each count of Threats Against the President and Successors to the
Presidency carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, a fine of
up to $250,000, and up to three years of supervised release. Each count
of Interstate Communication of Threats carries a maximum sentence of
five years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000, and up to three years of
supervised release.

A complaint is simply a method by which a person is charged with
criminal activity and raises no inference of guilt. An individual is
presumed innocent until evidence is presented to a jury that establishes
guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
