How long does it take to confirm they never entered though a point of entry,
and load them up for transport to the border.
If they want to sleep.. they have the floor they are standing on.

Why should they expect more?

Well , then Mexico can see about transporting them to their southern
border..
or better stop shipping them to our border..
... Better yet would be to catch them at their southern border and deport
them right there.

Otherwise, they get turned over to Mexican authorities.. or returned to
Mexico from which they came.. either way.. it's not our problem.

Ok..

Judge: I need to see your entry papers.
Defendant: I have none.
Judge: Any record of this person crossing at a point of entry
INS: No your honor.
Judge: And prior offenses in your record?
INS: No your honor.
Judge: Ok, so no need for a fine or jail time. With no evidence you legally
entered the US, your lack the documentation on you as required by law to
show you are here legally. You are hereby remanded back into the custody of
the INS for immediate deportation. *Bang* Next case.

Shouldn't take much longer than that.

We could even do it in mass for most cases.. breaking them into groups for
those where this is there first offense, to those with repeated offenses who
may need to pay fines and/or jail time.

If we need more judges we can hire them.. would be cheaper than the costs of
all those criminals.

As we are under no compunction to accept people coming in from Mexico.
However, I suppose they can be put to work until their work produces enough
net profits to pay for returning them home.. Then they can still pick crops
other otherwise work until they are deported.

Then we clearly need better passive defenses on the border, and possibly
even consider automated active defenses. Because if we can't afford to
prevent their entry we certainly can't afford to have them here and
continuing to violate the law.

But at least you're not admitting they don't belong here.

Now the only question is how to deport them.

What laws would I be breaking to deport people under existing laws?

The floor, ground, standing up.. that's their problem.

So, if they are so bad their own country doesn't want them.. why would we
want them?

You don't seem to be having trouble finding places for them now.

One large airplane. Maybe arrest, transport and deport on the spot. Or
they can go to prison.

If they allowed them into their country first then they are responsible.
Trump threatened to raise tariffs and cut funds if they didn't cooperate
and it was working.

A fast deportation hearing and instant ride to the border. You either
leave or go to prison.

We used to. We also have better technology. Drones, cameras, motion
sensors, satellites, much more. They didn't have that when I lived on
the border

It's that or make them join our military or prison.

You didn't have a dog when I sneaked in and spied on you.

Your CPAP sounded like it wasn't working quite right.
