Yep, and no seeking asylum or to remain.

Judge: Did you cross the border at a port of entry?
Defendant: No
Judge: Defendant is to be subject to immediate deportation to be carried out
within 48 hours.

That's all it would take.

Case would take about 90 seconds. If they didn't enter at a port of entry,
and can't produce the documentation they did so... they get immediately
deported.

On a second offense, we could require jail time and community service.. I
mean if they came here to work... they should be required to work to pay for
their incarceration.

Seems only fitting.

Yep, which is why I think we should prohibit making additions to spending
bills. They should be a 'clean bill'.

Yep, and that law already exists. It just needs enforcement.

No it isn't. First you gotta put them up for a couple days or a year. You gotta find out
what country they're from and hope that country will take them back. What if you get
stuck with some you can't send back? What if there are delays and you have to put them up
and feed them indefinitely? Do you have the staff just to *process* these people, let
alone get them physically to their home country. How many agents will you hire to do the
actual work and how many can they process in a day each. What? You think you're Samantha
and we just gotta pass a law and <poof> the problem goes away?

How many employees do you figure it would take to move 8,000,000 hidden aliens out of our
country (if we could find a country that'll take them) in a year?

You won't think about a solution that makes sense because you don't want any resolution
that lets not white people into the country.

When you break the law where you come from doesn't matter. You cross in
Mexico to here illegally then you go back to Mexico. Let them decide
what to do.

And that's the bit that didn't wash away in the first spring floods.

Then there's all that wall Biden had to repair, rebuild or enhance and yeah it's been
documented and pictures linked to in here. There's a bend in the Rio Grand in Texas. Got
this long, broad sandbar sticking up out of the water. With wire and barriers it looks
like Omaha Beach on D Day.

They help but you can't seal it. And what about those who come in on a visa but don't
leave when it expires?

Oh. So Republican pork is ok but Democrat pork isn't.

That's just an excuse to be lazy, man. If you don't do something, you'll never accomplish
anything. So you take what you can get. Yeah, you got to install a line of park benches
along the wall for the wetbacks to rest on, but if that gets you anything near 100%
apprehension with the average alien turnaround, say, month to get them home.

>Huh? Why is it always about race with you?

Because it *is* about race to many conservatives. Not for everybody, but *any* solution
that involves letting immigrants in under any circumstances runs into a brick wall with a
great many conservatives.

Let's go back to immigration policy circa 1880.

We can scatter mini Ellis Island type facilities across the southern border. Change them
to apply for entry even, if you like. We could actually make billions by charging for
application for entry into the US. Why should they spend a thousand bucks on a Coyote?
Let them drive up and pay US that thousand. We would make direct profit just from letting
them in.

But let them in. We need them. China has three times the people we do. That means China
can have an economy three times the size of ours. If we both spend the same %GDP on
defense, they'll spend three dollars to our one.

We need population. Let's work out an efficient and productive system for getting them
into the country and working.

How much do you think it would cost to track down and deport all those millions and how
would you replace them in the work force?

Running a country means thinking about things the voters don't want to be bothered with.

Neither did the Democrats - that was right wing disinfo. The border bill they complain
the Dems 'larded up' was actually written and originally sponsored by REPUBLICANS in the
Senate. It was proposed for debate but the HOUSE GOP shot it down before any discussion
could take place.

Republicans in the Senate blocked two Biden requests for resources in '21 and '22.
Republicans in the House blocked two different Republican authored immigration bills.

Trump's wall was full of holes and portions of it didn't last two rainy seasons.

Vote Republican if you want, but at least admit the truth. The GOP is the party of
Business which does NOT want the supply of cheap, immigrant labor reduced.

How many agents are you prepared to hire? How many cameras, sensors, vehicles and
internment facilities are you willing to pay for? Where's the money? Do you think border
enforcement is free? House magoos seem to.

Republicans in Congress seem unwilling take any steps to do even your simple solution.

It's about race with *you*. The reason *you* don't want them is they're not

Why?

No, we don't. Nothing says they have to be given a free ride home.

> What if you get
> stuck with some you can't send back?

Send them back to Mexico.. or whatever country they last departed from.

> What if there are delays and you have to put them up
> and feed them indefinitely?

Shouldn't take more than a couple of hours to boot them over the border.

> Do you have the staff just to *process* these people, let

When did we have to return them home? Return them to the last country they
were in.

> How many agents will you hire to do the
> actual work and how many can they process in a day each.

We have plenty now, if we would allow them to actually do what they should
be.

> What? You think you're Samantha
> and we just gotta pass a law and <poof> the problem goes away?

No, but I can make it a lot less than it was.

> How many employees do you figure it would take to move 8,000,000 hidden

> country (if we could find a country that'll take them) in a year?

Well, that would probably take much more than a year, but we can streamline
the deportation process. Could probably have them over the border within 6-7
days.

> You won't think about a solution that makes sense because you don't want
> any resolution
> that lets not white people into the country.

If they aren't citizens or entered illegally, white, black, tan.. doesn't
matter, they get deported.

After all, seem to me as if the real racist is the person who is always
looking at or making it about race.
If it didn't matter, why would they try to make it all about race?
